We are open about this one. Social care is everywhere and nowhere. Social care is about you and me, the people next door, our relatives, friends and neighbours. We are all participants as users and carers in some way or another. Customers, consumers, citizens, service users, residents, tenants….whatever…. social care is about people and what they want and need.
